本文以咖啡因为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)为温敏单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDGMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过悬浮聚合法制备了对咖啡因具有选择性吸附的温敏性分子印迹水凝胶.研究了分子印迹水凝胶吸附性能,底物吸附选择性以及印迹水凝胶与非印迹水凝胶的吸附量.实验表明:温敏印迹聚合物(TMIP)比温敏非印迹聚合物(TNIP)的吸附量高,说明温敏印迹聚合物保持了常规印迹聚合物的吸附容量和特异吸附性能,并且效果比温敏非印迹聚合物要好.温敏印迹聚合物的Scatchard曲线成良好的线性关系,表明其具有很强的特异吸附性.温敏印迹聚合物比温敏非印迹聚合物具有更强的对底物的选择吸附性能.

Abstract: This paper, taking the caffeine as template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm) as temperature sensitive monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDGMA) as cross-linked agent, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, has prepared molecular imprinting hydrogel which has a selective adsorption temperature sensitivity to caffeine by suspension polymerization method. Studies had been made on the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted hydrogel, selectivity of substrate adsorption, adsorption capacity of both imprinted hydrogel and non-imprinted hydrogels. The experimental results show that: the temperature sensitive imprinted polymer (TMIP) is higher than the adsorption capacity of the thermo-sensitive non-imprinted polymer (TNIP), indicating that temperature-sensitive imprinted polymer can maintain the adsorption capacity and specific adsorption properties of the conventional imprinted polymers and the effect is better than the thermo-sensitive non-imprinted polymer (TNIP). The Scatchard curve of the temperature sensitive imprinted polymer(TMIP) has a good linear relationship which indicate that it has a strong specific adsorption. The temperature sensitive imprinted polymer(TMIP) has stronger selective adsorption properties than thermo-sensitive non-imprinted polymer (TNIP).
