to live a healthy life, we have to first recognize what is healthy life. healthy life should be based on regularly healthy time schedules as well as proper amount of sport and sleep. without a healthy body, a healthy life would be impossible.
as far as i am concerned, the life in school is not so regular and healthy. take my dormitory as an example, all the four people here have their own laptops. they use it for watching movies, online chatting as well as playing computer games mostly. as a result, they often miss the golden time for meals and sleep. they stay up late ,which greatly damages their health.this would put their life and study in disorder.
as for the solution, i want to suggest that the school cut off the electricity at fixed time at night so that students could go to sleep earlier at night. what is more, students should be made aware by the school of the harmful effects of staying up late at night and missing meal times. after all, it is the students themselves who would benefit from a healthy and regular life.
