I think ,a good leader should have the talent of lead ,he should be confident and calm,he should be intelligent too.
One confident is very important .Why?beacause the people who cannot say anything when there is a big trouble,we think he is a commmon man .but if someone can protect our from the trouble ,wethink he is a leader.
Calm is also important ,because when the p[eople was very nervouse,he can't do anything good.
I think intelligent is the most important of three ,beacause a man with intelligent,he can make something better and better !
