After my getting up ,I felt terrible.I had a bad headache,and didn't want to eat anything.with the help of my mother's,Ihe taxi took us to the hospital.The doctor asked me to drink plent of boiled water,and go home have a good rest.From now on,I do the morning exercises every morning to build me up.
