ise是不及物动词,raise是及物动词
raise 和rise 都有“举起”的意思.
但是它们在用法上有很大不同,绝对不可混淆.
Raise是及物动词.
Rise 是不及物动词.
例如：
1.If you want to ask a question,first raise your hand(如果你要问问题,请先举手）.
2.At the banquet,we all raised our glasses and drank to each other's health(宴会上,我们都举杯互祝健康）
3.She rose from her seat to welcome him(她站起来欢迎他）
4.I have to rise early tomorrow morning(我明天必须早起）.
