what is important when making phone calls?
there are certain things that are considered important when making phone calls,such as manners,clarity and doing enough preparations ,of which,i take manners as the most important one.without it,both manners and clarity will become meanlingless and fail to make the phone call a sucessful one.
first,it is a social moral supposed to be obeyed by every well cultivated person,especially in our country.just like the famous saying goes "no people would blame a polite guy".second,it is also a basical skill to help to suceed in the social communication.we know that it is not possible that we can be clear about what we are engaging and how to get prepared for it every time.but we can be polite if we want to .and it really works!not only can it tell that we are a nice person to get together easily but also we are willing to cooperate .
can you imgagine the result of a clarified and well prepared phone call but not polite to the leasted extent?hard to accept ,right?and if you accept it,it can just illuminate one thing:you have good manners ,which make the phone call meanlingful at last.
