There is an old saying, money can't do everything, but without money, you can do nothing.
This shows the importance of money in today's society. However, many a times people exhaust themselves for money and lose other precious things in life.
Such as health, some people worked their ass out(若你觉得太美式口语就用worked day and night) to earn more money and outlooked their health. Ones’ body can tolerate these stress if they are young, but as time goes by, their health will definitely deteriorates. Eventually, they will end up sick in bed, and the money they have earned in the early days is being exchanged for health, which they have taken for granted while they were younger.
Besides that, money can buy neither real friendship nor love. No doubt, with a lot of money i can have a big and beautiful house with lots of expensive furniture but it can never buy the warmth and love that a home brings. What good will it do, if we have a nice house but no loves one to share with?
As far as i am concerned, money is essential in our daily life but it's not the most important thing in life.

有一句老话,钱不是万能但没钱就万万不能啊.这句话说明了钱在当今社会的重要性.但很多时候,人们往往为了追逐金钱而失去生命中更宝贵的东西.
比如健康.有些人奔波劳碌的工作而忽略了健康.倘若一个人年轻,他的身体能承受这些压力但长年累积,健康肯定会渐渐衰退.最终就倒在病床上,那时就用以前所辛苦赚来的钱来换取曾经年轻时视为理所当然/（轻视）的健康.
除持之外,金钱也不能买正真的友谊或爱情.无疑的有很多钱,我能买以所很大很漂亮的房子,有很多名贵的家具但它绝对不能买到一个家所带来的温暖和爱.有啥用,如果我们有很美丽的屋子却不能和所爱的人分享呢?
据我所知, 金钱是我们日常生活中不能缺少的东西但它并不是生命中最重要的东西.
