To make my dream come true
I have a dream that one day I could become an English teacher.On my tenth birthday,my mom and dad bought me a small walkman and a tape of English songs.At that time,I really enjoyed the songs but unfortunately,I could't understand the lyrics because of my poor English.So I borrowed a dictionary and looked up every word.I found that this was really interesting to understand the meaning of a song.It was kind of like touching the soul of the song.I started to love English from that time.With the accumulation of words and phrases,I tried to read longer and longer passages and novels,which helped a lot on my English exams.But what I want is to make everyone know the meaning of English songs,just like me.If I could be an English teacher,I hope to play funny sitcoms,beautiful songs and read thought-provoking stories in class.To make this dream come true,I have to study harder than before,especially in oral English,since communication is the basic requirement of a teacher.Beside,I need to invest my free time in reading more and more books and watching international news,to get better understand of the culture of English speaking countries and also broaden my knowledge.It's a long way to reach my dream,but I'm sure that practice makes perfect.
