Hi,I am a Chinese player.My PS3 hosts was banned some days ago .There have been 8002a227 on my PS3.I have written to SCEH .They said it was banned by the European seal of Hong Kong,that is SCEE.Your Playstation 3/PSP host is banned by SCEE (Europe) now.
Playstation Network has online functions.Because its situation may be for your Playstation 3/PSP hosts had used or logged account on SCEE (Europe) area .But the account may be obtained by non-correct way to recharge credit card information,and break the Playstation Network terms of use or relevant legal provisions in the European region.
I frankly ensure that it is because I purchased it in a Chinese business shop that it sees call of duty black ops DLC that results in this case.
So SCEE ,please help lift the blocade.You can also reply to me to tell some procedures and approaches on how to handle it?
