no more important与not more important的区别

software is no more important than hardware
软件和硬件一样的不重要
（我可不这么认为.但你这话就这意思）
no 和more than 句型连用时,即否定主体,又否定被比对象,带有 “两者都不”的意思
再如：
He is no taller than I
=He is as short as I
=Neither he nor I am tall.
=I am not tall.He is not tall either.
software is not more important than hardware
软件并不比硬件更重要.（有可能不及,充其量一样的重要）
