Now,we can see the notice "No smoking" here and there.Why?Because smoking is bad for our health.It can cause many kinds of disease,and even can lead to lung cancer.Every year,many people die of smoking.
But many people begin to smoke.Once he smokes,he is used to it.It's hard to stop smoking because the smokers are addicted to a drug called "nicotine".Though it's very hard,I suggest they try their best to give it up.Smoking is not only bad for the smoker himself,but also for the people around.We should do something to help the smokers give up smoking.
