Do you think one’s character is important in finding a job?\

I think one's character is important in finding a job.Because people's spirit can make a great influnce on their works.If someone is in a low spirit and he can't adjust his spirit when he is working,not only he himself but also the company can make a bad impress on others ,especially the costomers.On the other hand ,Having a good character is helpful for us to communicate with others and get on well with others.
There used to be a proverb:If the teenager are wealthy,the country is wealthy;if the teenagers are strong,the country is strong.(少年强则国强,少年富则国富.）So as staff and a company .If the staff's quality is good,including one's character,the company can not be bad.
So I think having a good character is important in finding a job.
