Assuming you are the host and you are going to interview someone who wants to complain,a legal expert and a government official.
"Welcome to tonight's XXX Talkshow.A lot of you must have experienced this before.You spent a lot of money to purchase an item of your desire.When you took the item home,you found out that it didn't work.You took it back to the shop and the shopkeeper said it was not their business as you can't change it once you have taken out the thing out of the shop.You wanted to complain but you didn't know what to do next."
Tonight,we shall interview Mr XXX who has experienced this before and he wants to file a complaint against the shop.He will share with us his experience.
We have also invited a legal expert,Dr YYY,to advise us as regard to the laws and regulations covering these cases.
Finally,we shall talk to Mr ZZZ from the Government's Consumer Affair department to tell us what are the government going to do in order to protect the citizens.
