I want to file a formal complaint against Company 123 doe to below reasons:They are very incooperative and unprofessional. The B/L number they provided in the first place was wrong. They put the blame on us without bothering to check internally first and in the end, it proved to be their own mistake. This mistake caused inconvenience of my work.They are overcharging. The documentation fee was charged twice and SCF was never on the tariff list, nor on any other company's.They have very bad attitude. They are always threatening that we have to cooperate instead of the other way around because if not, they will not issue the original B/L to us in time.
