We wish to highlight the salient terms and condition of your tenancy with us:-
1.The minimum tenancy is for a period of three (3) calendar months.
2.All accommodation fees are due and payable on check-in date.Details are as appended below:-

Processing Fee RM 300
Rental (per quarter) RM 1170

* The deposit is refundable subject to terms & conditions.
** The amount payable stated above has not taken into consideration of the non-refundable application fee paid,if any; and provided the residents check-in on the 1st of every month.An additional half month rental is payable should you check-in on/after the 16th of the month.

Saturday 10.00am – 4.00pm
Failure to check-in on the expected check-in date will result in total forfeiture of the application fee paid.
