补充楼主：即使是lz认为不可能,也不一定非要用certainly not
这个是根本加不进一句话的,加进去语法绝对有误.
Certainly the fact that no one in China will use cash by the year of 2020 won't happen/take place.
纯属个人意见
i will certainly not accept their argument without something to support it.这个certainly not是分开的.
而原句中,no one in China will use cash 本身就是一个否定,你如果在这里再加进一个not显然变成了肯定,而LZ的否定是想否定在这整个事实之上,所以我觉得还是用从句表达比较好.
据我自己的记忆,certainly not连起来使用的好像只有问句中.
如：Do you mind ````
-----certainly not.
所以原句还可以改为：Do you think everyone in China will use cash by the year of 2020?
------Certainly not!
