at the park 和in the park有区别吗?
at the hospital 和in the hospital
at an after-school study program 和 in an after-school study program

The weather here is warmer than that in Beijing
You need to hand in your homework tomorrow.
Do you need to hand in your homework tomorrow?
Need you hand in your homework tomorrow?
You don't need to hand in your homework tomorrow.
You needn't hand in your homework tomorrow.
The flower needs watering.=The flower needs to be watered.
