IT Is Sep.9th~10p.m. I just live in the same TIME ZONE,because now in september it is summer time,there will be only 12 hours' time distance. When Nov.2 comes,people in United States all change time ,we pull the time BACK one hour,so now there is 13 hours' time distance. GOT IT?
