With the national entrance examination coming on, more and more graduating students suffer from various kinds of anxieties. Some cannot eat or sleep well and fail to concentrate on their studies. Some are afraid of taking exams and others even lose hope for their future life.
The causes of the mental problems above may include too much school work, high expectations from the teachers and the parents and lack of physical exercise and communication.
What should we do to solve these problems? In my opinion, firstly we should take more exercise and learn to relax ourselves. Secondly, we are supposed to talk to our friends about our problems and seek advice from psychological consultants.
