  询盘对询盘人没有约束力,但我们在询盘时仍要注意策略.一是询盘的对象既不能过窄,也不能过宽.过窄难于了解国外市场情况,过宽则会引起市场价格波动.二是询盘的内容既要能使客户进行工作,提供报盘资料,又要防止过早透露采购数量、 价格等意图,被客户摸到底细.在书面洽谈的交易方式中,询盘还应注明编号以加速国外复电、 复函的传递,并说明应报货价的种类和价格条件,并且对于商品品种、规格、型号、技术要求务尽其详,以免进口商品不符合要求.询盘的函电,应以简明切题和礼貌诚恳为原则,以求对方能够很高兴地迅速作出报盘反应.
