【摘要】 奉节县人民医院自2010年开展优质护理服务以来取得了很好的效果,该院内二科作为第二批试点病房,在开展优质护理服务过程中虽然取得了一定的效果但也存在很多问题,针对存在的难点,提出相应的应对策略,包括彻底转变人员观念、领导重视、不断修改护理人员职责、采用PDCA循环模式把关护理质量、建立科学的绩效考核制度、依托品牌服务等,认为针对优质护理服务中存在的难点,采取相应的对策可使基层医院的优质护理服务得到更好的开展,最终达到患者满意.
