In this paper, the basic ideas and principles of industrial engineering (IE) are applied in teaching management of higher vocational colleges so as to realize the flexible management of teaching resources, to improve teaching quality management with information technologies, to standardize and simplify teaching management, and to ensure the effectiveness and scientificity of teaching quality management.
