Prerequisites
Prior to implementing WO-2 Visual Controls,the following are required:
Identify a Value Stream or Value Stream Segment.(Refer to How To IG-2).
Establish Natural Work Groups.(Refer to How To EE-8.)
Conduct a plant-wide WPO Workshop.(Refer to How To WO-1.)
Establish and implement Workplace Organization Standards for the Production Area.(Refer to How To WO-1.)
