This paper made an overview of enterprise group and its financial strategy whose feather functions and strategy types are introduced briefly. Thus problems of management and such economic activities as financial strategic planning, funding, financing, etc. are found in the financial strategy’s formulation and management in contemporary Chinese enterprise group. Along with the changes in economic environment, how will enterprises group improve financial strategy in the new economic conditions? On the basis of this new economic environment and the direction and structure of strategic adjustment, and on consideration of financial strategy’s restrictive factors, several advices and adjustive suggestions are given in the end of this paper.
