I'm sorry for not being able to answer your letter until now. I am glad to know from your letter that you might call me and ask me to have a chat with your parents. As you know my oral English is not good and I have prepared for it since I got your letter, which was why I replyed you late. I'm not sure whether I have improved my English or not but I believe it will be helpful if we talk in English.

As to the time I go to America, I don't think I can go there very soon.I have made some enquiries on internet, I have to propare a complete personal information with the application form for visa for my first time visiting USA. Otherwise I may get a rejection easily. It also takes time for the Australian Consulate to verify my files. It may take weeks or months before I get the visa. The problem at the moment is that I'm not sure what kind of visa I should apply. Based on the information on the Consulate's website, some changes on visa will take effect from March 23 this year. I don't know whether I should apply for a visa as a tourist or as private visitor.
