1.Appointment

6. Exclusive Right
In consideration of the exclusive rights granted herein, Party A & B shall not directly sell or export the Products stipulated in Article 3 to end-users or indenters in Korea through channels other than Party C. Party A & B shall provide any inquiries of the products from Korean companies which is received directly by Party A & B to Party C and shall introduce Party C to Korean companies.
Party C shall not sell, distribute or promote the sales of Products stipulated in Article 3 in Korea from any Chinese companies except Party A & B. Party A & B shall refer to Party C any enquiries or orders for the Distributed products in question received by Party A or B from other firms in Korea during the validity of this agreement.
