For example,when we recite English words,we may give ourselves a heavy work load as many as more than one hundred words a day,but you will easily forget them the next day.The reason is that we are not able to remember so many words in a short time while reciting words is a long-term task.However,if we just recite only ten words everyday and review them the next day,you will keep them in mind for long time.
