I am sorry to hear that you have got a bad cold again.I think that's because you study so hard and have less exercise.Here is my advice.Firstly,you'd better have three healthy meals every day.You should eat enough fruit and vegetables.If you drink a bag of milk every day,your bone will be stronger.Secondly,you should do exercise at least forty minutes every day because it is good for our health.So why not go to school by bike instead of going by bus.You can also play basketball or football after school or on weekends.Then you will feel better.Thirdly,it would be a good idea to have good habbits,such as,having eight hours' sleep every day,drinking enough water,eating less junk food and so on.By doing this,your health will be improved greatly.Hope you will be better.
