Declaration and approval
(a) special fund project of Asian regional cooperation declaration shall comply with the following requirements:
1 the project undertaker must have legal personality, and government departments authorized.
2 project undertaking entity shall provide the following materials declaration:
(1) the Asia Regional Cooperation Fund to use the application (format)
(2) the feasibility study report of the project (format custom)
(3) special fund project of regional cooperation in Asia budget list (format)
