1.我意识到在这种加分政策之下,是很难让同学不带着功利心去完成这项任务的.于是,在这种不得已的情况下,我召集了全班同学开了一个简短的会议,解释了现在的加分政策将被取消的原因,并提出了每次指定一两组同学负责,每期板报轮换一次的方案.令人欣喜的是,同学们都理解了我这一做法,并支持了我的方案.同学们纷纷认为这一方案的实施既可以不把整个任务的重担压在三四名同学的身上,又可以调动全体同学的创造性,使板报的艺术风格灵活多变.于是便实施了下去,效果明显,甚至有时没有轮到的同学看见我们一大群人正在忙活,也会饶有兴趣地参与进行.
2.我会成立一个旧书社团,按原价70%的价格回收学哥学姐们用过但破损并不厉害的旧教科书,再转手按收购价卖给需要的同学.这样不仅可以帮助经济上有困难的同学节约开支,又能保护环境,是一举两得的美事.

I realise that it is hard to accomplish the task without considering rewarding and benefit under the bonus point policy (sorry加分政策找不到合适的词）.Therefore,under such circumstance I had no alternative but to hold a short meeting with whole class.The meeting explained the reason of canceling the bonus point policy,and proposed to change the wall bulletin regularly by one or two groups of students.Fortunately,most of classmates understood and accepted my proposal.The new proposal was considered as distributing the work to more students and encouraging the creativity to vary the style of wall bulletin.The implementation of new proposal received positive effect,even the classmates out of the groups would assist voluntarily.
I plan to establish a second-hand book association to help the students who have economic difficulties to buy textbooks.The association will purchase the second-hand book at 70% of original price and sell to other students with the same price.This plan is also environmentally friendly.
