Criteria for Tourist (Class TR)visa
There are various legal requirements that must be met by all applicants before a Visitor visa for Australia can be granted.As the decision-maker I must be satisfied that you meet Australia's health and character standards,have access to adequate funds for your support during the period of their proposed visit,and that your expressed intention only to visit Australia is genuine.The likelihood of you overstaying,seeking to remain in Australia or applying for another visa after your arrival in Austrlia ,are also matters that are considered.
