yes.I am native speaker from America.But,it's not that we DON"T pronouce them,we still make our mouths the shape of the sound,it's just we go along so fast that no sound is produced.Therefore,if you're new at English and speak slowly,then you should definitely pronouce all the sounds out,even "t" and "d".
