DISCONTINUED SYSTEMS AND PARTS: Supplier shall give Customer a minimum of ninety (90) days notice for a last buy before discontinuation of parts or systems. This will allow Customer the option to support discontinued programs, systems, products and parts. Supplier will support programs or parts that have been discontinued to the best of his ability for a period of seven years after the discontinuation of the product by Customer. Systems or parts will be replaced either as exact drop in replacement, or like for like functionality as close as possible to original specifications. Customer agrees that replacement systems and parts will/ can have longer lead times and will/ can be priced at a potential higher cost due to lower production volumes, uniqueness of parts and availability. Supplier will not stock any discontinued parts or systems. Replacement systems or parts will be manufactured on an as needed basis based on Customer P.O.
