其实从意思上讲request,indicate都可以,但是这里语法不对
order/indicate/request 都是及物动词后面不加to,如果用应该是order/indicate/request the driver to stop...
而motion可用作及物和非及物动词,如果后面加宾语用不用to都可以,motion to Sb to do Sth
