Project Achievements: Through two months’ study and discussion, the task requirements were completed. 1 Standardized the top cpre institution of core box so that the kit was also standardized, which was convenient to choose. 2 Classified disc structures, worked out process schemes according to their own characteristics so that the difficulty for selection was reduced. 3 Standardized the template layout, laying foundation for mass production of machinery. 4 Two sets of design drawings could be finished per person per day; the scheme was fixed, which layed foundation for advancing the technology of one box of four with two layers; through Magma simulation, successfully solved the problem of the shrinkage of single brake pad.

Project Responsibilities: Designing the casting process and Pro/E three-dimensional mold; Magma simulation; making three-dimensional mold processing map and two-dimensional assembly processing map; fixing the casting materials; composing the process documents and inspection documents on the spot; directing the casting inspection and coordinating and tracking the inspection progress; PPAP submission; on-site training and other matters.

Project Description: PBR auto bracket was a new product developed by PBR for a new kind of Malaysian car. Australian PBR and our factory received the development task at the same time. We had to complete a small batch production before the end of the year, which was to make ready for the vehicle assembly.
