ArcGis10, shapefile 是行政区的polygon 得用 Projected Coordinate sys

问题描述：

ArcGis10, shapefile 是行政区的polygon 得用 Projected Coordinate system计算面积, 你知道用哪个PCS吗?
shapefile 是全球各行政区的polygon, 说明coordinate system是用 Geographic, WGS1984.prg. 但是这样coordinate结果的单位是 Decimal Degrees 经纬度. 我要对数据编辑后重新计算面积 , 这样得用 Projected Coordinate System, 你知道用哪个PCS吗? 这个shapefile本身只是说用GCS, 没说能否用PCS, 不知道用哪个.用了投影系统, 那就不能用WGS1984 GCS了吧, 这个GCS系统是说明上写的.PCS有好几种WGS1984, 用了一个,显示单位仍然是Decimal Degrees, 但都变成了很小的 比如（0.0002, 0.0005）Decimal Degrees

再答： 你是老外啊 其实就是arctoolbox里面 project. Data Management Tools->Projections and Transformations->里面有 投影
再问： THere are many WGS PCS, I used WGS_1984_EASE_Grid_Global, Everything displays fine but I wonder, is it the right one?
再答： 首先肯定选投影坐标系 不要地理坐标系。我国一般用54和80你知道它的投影带么，如果实在不行就选了世界（world）里面的WGS84 Web 墨卡托吧，只要单位是米就可以算面积。
