Well,it is really a hard question.In my opinion,it differs among different individuals.For example,I know a kid who is so knowledgeable and is absolutely mature enough to be allowed to vote.However,he is only 16 years.On the contrary,there also exist many teenagers that do not realize their responsibilities and cannot control their emotions very well.For these people,it would be unwise to let them vote for some siginificant issues,even they are 18.Generally speaking,I cling to a view that it is not that easy to judge whether a person is mature or not just based on his or her age.
