Nowadays an academician has more and more choices refer to himself in the univercity.In terms of selecting lecturers about some a course,some univercity allow their students to choose freely in their opinions.It is very popular with their hearts.But a lecthrer who a student select musy be one who they are interested in.It is the main factor to select their lecturers fot students.
Academicians can select lecturers by themselves.It brings not only some advantages but also some possible problems.It can make them bo on their mind to good study their courses,in terms of good side,and they will be concentrated on having class in classroom.On the contrary,it happend to studentsthat they don't like their lectures after having a few of courses.Besides,it is very complex things to changing their lecturers.
In my opinions,as an modern academician,I agree it very much because of be our choice without anybody.
