以下业务现在是由分行自行处理,而本应是由我们部门接手的.现将存在的问题给您做一下汇报：

2、每天应给客户发出的通知书
还未做好的准备：我们自己的信封（非开窗）
3、TD业务每天要给客户发出的回单（advice)

4、据Lily说,账户利息结算日（如3月20日、6月20日、6月30日等）后,也需要打印出每个客户的利息回单（interest advise) 并分别邮寄给客户.

unprepared:our envelopes (without window),blank advice papers titled by each branch
4.Lily said the interest advise was also needed to print and send separately to each client after the day of interest settlement (such as March 20,June 20 and June 30) several days ago.
I'm not so clear about the preparation.
In summary,taking over the above tasks is based on the premise of materials printed.Besides,we need consider the preparation of the stuff about the first and fourth task.
