In what kind of economy does customer relations play a lesse

generally,there are only two kinds of economies,one is planned economy,the other is market economy,customer is significant in market economy,in west market-economy countries,consumption can drag 70% of the gross domestic product at least,whiile in planned economy ,government rules economy,everything about economy is under regulation.it's shit like this customer.
