Sports help me to keep healthy , happy and efficent, so I engage in them often , especially hiking , badminton and soccer. They are all my favorite sports.
I think hiking is an ideal sport because it always makes me feel relaxed. I can so closely touch the nature while I go hiking in the mountains. It promises many wonderful things—— enjoying the beautiful scenery , smelling the flowers , chasing the wind and listening to the song of birds. Moreover , I love to play badminton with my friends anytime. It strengthens my musles , makes my body more flexible and improves the balance of body. Due to badminton , I gain both friendship and confidence. Finally , I have been mad about soccer since I was a child. Soccer requires speed , strength and skills. It shows the spirit which people never give up. Besides , I learn to cooperate with partners through the game.
