if you have ever been to China before,you will know the representing color of China is but red color.from the world map,other than the large territory located at the centre of the aisa catches your eyes,the striking red flag will be the next to remind you of China.
why red?you may ask.well,this can be ascribe to a few reasons.firstly,political one.as you all know China is a communist country,and red is a representing color of soviet army since the first world war.(or may be later,please forgive my uncertainty about these historical facts for i am not a historian).
another is an attribution of five thousand years of Chinese cultures and heritage.you may not know this,however in China,it is a general concept that red represents good luck.during the traditional Chinese new year,every Chinese family will decorate their houses with as much red as possible.we believe (since i'm a Chinese myself) by doing so,it will bring us good luck for the coming year.
so,by now you should know the reason why red is said to be the most representative color of China already.
