what do you do if you feel sad?

i don't agree with people who feel sad ,then they go shopping or eating arbitrary.I'd like to be busy ,then change my feeling slowly,or talk to my friend about my trouble.After the talking ,i will better.What' s more,i won't stay alone,because i would think so much that make myself much more unhappy.查看原帖
