摘 要:网络营销是目前一种重要的营销模式,网络顾客忠诚成为商家竞争所不得不研究的重要因素.本文对网络顾客忠诚的定义和特点进行探讨,确认了网络营销中顾客忠诚的重要性,并认为除了顾客满意等传统因素以外网络技术、利益相关性等因素也对顾客忠诚产生巨大影响,最后以“亚马逊”公司作为案例分析了顾客忠诚的一些重要提升策略.

Abstract:E-marketing cames to be one of the most important mode of marketing,so it’s a must for marketers to study the factors of E-customer loyalty.This article talks about definition,features and the significance of E-customer loyalty; also suggests that E-technology,beneficial Interrelationship and other new factors have major influence on customer loyalty as well as traditional factors such as Customer Satisfaction; yet analyses the advancement strategies of E-customer loyalty by studying the case of ‘Amazon.com’.
