Dear dad and mum: I know you love our family and work so hard everyday, but I want to tell you that healthy body is important than everything. So, please do these useful exercises as I suggest. you should go to the workplace on foot, jogging or running. but do not by car or driving .Form good healthy eating habit .At least go to the gym for workout per week one time, you can paly basktball or swimming.Don't stay up late ,go to bed as early as you can .you should know that healthy body is the best gift from yourselves.
