title：learning to cook
This winter vocation,I wanted to learn something new,so,I decided to learn cooking.
I haven't cooked before. In my memories,my mom's cooking skills is excellent.She cooked relaxed and proficient.I enjoy eating the food that my mom cooked.
When I told my mom that I want to learn how to cook,she smiled.She said, Everything's hard in the beginning.I replied my mom,I would try my best.
The first food that I learned to cook is Saute pork with green pepper ,according to my mom's guidance,I heated up the pot firstly, then,I poured the oil into the pot,when the oil burning red,I tipped the diced meat into the pot, fried for a short time , I tipped the green pepper into the pot ,next,I stired up the pork and green pepper,last but not the least, I added some salt and chicken essence,mixed thoroughly, and removed the food from the pot.
I felt,this experience is nice,and I won't give up learning cooking.
