Although we are faced with so much trouble,we complete the task on time.这句状从如果改为非谓语作状语的话,应该是 faced with so much trouble,过去分词作状语 与主语是主表关系.being不该加,因为如果加了 是现在分词的 被动形式 一般表示 正在发生的被动
2.On seeing the young lady fall into the lake,he went on the rescue.这句话On seeing the young lady fall into the lake是介词短语 作时间状语  动名词 作介词宾语
 On 加动名词 可以表示 时间点   
3.非谓语作状语一般修饰的是主句谓语动词
形容词作状语修饰的也是主句谓语动词   只不过与主语有逻辑上的主表关系 
（比如这句话He approached us,full of apologies.）是形容词短语作伴随状语 修饰approached  其实形容词作状语 相当于省略being的现在分词短语 作状语
既然 是状语 就不可能 修饰主语 因为 状语 是修饰动词形容词副词的句子成分 
至于  谓语后面的形容词 到底是什么成分 有三种看法1 状语 2 主语补足语 3 双重谓语
这三种看法 都有 道理
4.with的复合结构 中的所谓逻辑主语   就是 介词宾语  后面是介词宾语的宾补
宾语 与宾补 本来 就有 逻辑上的 主谓关系或主表关系
比如说：With a lot of work to do,I can't go out with you.和With the light turned off,I went to bed.这2句话,如果改为With a lot of work to be done,the meeting was put off.和With the light turned off,the room was dark.后2句话对  因为 既然是 独立结构  句子主语 可以不是 其 逻辑主语
