The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the quality decision factors of Chinese Internet shopping mall,and what is the effect of these reasons with trust and customer satisfaction.For this purpose,this thesis carried out literature reviews and empirical studies at the same time.
The thesis chooses four determinants of the internet shopping mall character as the independent variables.They are the webpage character,goods character,delivery service quality and the transaction security.In Chinese internet shopping mall of condition,the thesis discusses the relationship between these determinants and trust,and the relationship between trust and customer satisfaction.By defining the variable,choosing the samples,though the SPSS statistics software and on the base of multi-line regression analysis.
