E-commerce was very important new technology tools in the 21th century.Today,e-commerce though the short comings compared to the traditional commerce,was appeared to develop fast.As a one of Kind of e-commerce,internet shopping mall is growing actively.Each country's internet market is to facilitate the online shopping policies,laws,e-commerce security,and diversity of means of payment,though consumer safety aspects was the one of the prove of commerce.
In recent years,rapid development of Chinese economy,while the rapidly growing e-commerce market size appears to be the market Potential is large.Chinese economic growth along with rising income Levels and consumption levels,while emphasizing the importance of China as the domestic market is changing.Therefore,research on Chinese Internet shopping mall has important implications.
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the quality decision factors of Chinese Internet shopping mall,and what is the effect of these reasons with trust and customer satisfaction.For this purpose,this thesis carried out literature reviews and empirical studies at the same time.
The thesis chooses four determinants of the internet shopping mall character as the independent variables.They are the webpage character,goods character,delivery service quality and the transaction security.In Chinese internet shopping mall of condition,the thesis discusses the relationship between these determinants and trust,and the relationship between trust and customer satisfaction.By defining the variable,choosing the samples,though the SPSS statistics software and on the base of multi-line regression analysis.
