Today more and more college students do something dishonesty: plagrizing from the internet, cheating in the exams, telling lies to others, etc. I think there are many reasons for the above phenomenon. To begin with, education in China does not put great emphasis on ideology and morality. What nowadays students and teachers care about is making progress on academic studies only. In adddition, society does not lead a good way in educating the youth. Those did dishonest things in the society have not receive punishment they deserved, and they even got fame and fortune, which is quite miserable. Last, there are not good examples for students to learn from. In the past, a good person named Lei Feng was highly appreciated by people, however, our era is lack of such kind of moral hero. I think it's high time that we find an idol of our own age.
College students are in the period of growing mature and shape their sound view of life. Therefore, it's very important for them to be intergral. After class, for example, lectures regarding the eduation of ideology and morality should be encouraged among students. Teacher should also shoulder the great responsibility of passing on correct personality and self-image to college students.
To conclude, college students won't be well-educated if they are dishonesty person. A good personality is the good foundation for their further development.
