I did well in the course 是比较地道英语 (native English) 的说法,已经是书面语了.通常 perform 是用在机器上的,或是用于非常正式的说法,如在报纸新闻稿上.一本正式口语或文章,did well 会是更常用,更合适. 如果形容的是一台跑车在赛道上做出好成绩,那就说 The car performed well in the course.或强调语气来说,The car did really perform well in the course! 如果不是形容一台机器,还是不要这样说了.;> 如果是口语,比较夸张的说：My performance in the course was off the scale!(我在课程上的表现是爆棚的!）
